- All orders placed require a minimum of 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event or function.
- A minimum notice of seven days is required in order to place a booking; this is however subject to availability.
- In the event of a cancellation from the client, Anupam Caterers will refund the full deposit provided the cancellation claim is made 15 days prior to your event or function booking.
- In the event of a cancellation from the client within 15 days of your function, Anupam Caterers will retain the full amount deposited by the client, due to costs incurred in preparation for the event.
- In the event of a cancellation by the client where the full amount has been paid 15 days prior to your event, Anupam Caterers will refund the full amount paid, less the deposit.
- In the unlikely event that Anupam Caterers will have to cancel your catering, the full mount will be refunded.
- General cleaning is included in the cost of the function; general cleaning includes the following areas:
- Cleaning of the kitchen area
- Cleaning of the buffet/service area
- Clearance of empty plates and glasses from guests tables
- For bookings where only food is required without any additional services, the utensils that need to be returned should be washed thoroughly before being returned.
- Any utensils missing, damaged, or returned dirty will be charged for
- Please notify us of any special dietary requirements as soon as possible so that a provision can be made to cater for these requirements. Within reasonable circumstances we will make every effort to provide an alternative should we be informed well in advanced.
- Your full menu should be confirmed with us 6 weeks prior to your event or function.
Please note, should additional cleaning be required additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
